If you have a 4th gen Outback you can get their OEM basket for ~$99 with a $150 refund check directly from Subaru. Details here and here.

VIR isn't exactly a "swing on by" for me.... it's a good 4 hours away. Maybe, though, we'll see.

Haha it's pretty sweet. The Cummins engine is a thing of beauty. If I ever need to sell it you'll be the first to know

I have little doubt that I will.

Something about the sounds of turbo spool/blower whine/blow off valve, all coming from the same car, is just so right.

It retains the factory exhaust, there won't be much to hear. "Sleeper status."

Here's what it will sound like after I toss some muffler deletes at it:

It's a weekend car, so it'll be perfect for sitting in..... slightly less than normal traffic.

No... even better..... the blower stays.

Although, Hellion does sell a sheet metal intake to replace the blower if you want to go all-turbo. I enjoy the instant, low end punch that the Eaton gives though, there's nothing like having 500+ ft/lbs at idle.

    Hopefully not, because a GT500 just says "I couldn't afford a Corvette."

hmmm.. this has me confused, not in how it works but more so my morals .. I really dislike belt driver super chargers. The potential of doubling them up is blowing my mind and I sort of suspected that is what they did in this case, but personally I'd still want it gone.

however I must see this. how far are you from summit point?
