needed a keychain for my R32, so i figured this was appropriate:

my E36 has a storm trooper too.

definitely want that R2D2, but i don't too many Lego sets in my aparment as a 25-year-old single male looking for ladies.
Heh, I got a the stormtrooper keychain at the LEGO store when I bought those other sets.

I just stared at that shower curtain for about 30 seconds trying to find what is funny about it. Then I scrolled up and realized I wasn't in the funny picture thread.

It definitely lives up to the reputation of their pricier stuff. Have you tried the Corryvreckan? That's next on my list.

The beer is Beau's Lug Tread Organic Lagered Ale, from Vankleek Hill, Ontario. It's awesome.

The car, is a 1995 Volvo 850 wagon, the NA with a manual trans and 270k KMs on it. Currently owned by one of the master techs at the Volvo dealership attached to the Mazda dealer I work for. Drives like a new car, and I'm not tempted to modify it.

Then picked up this that I had in storage for a few years

I've got a bunch of high end vintage audio gear I'm clearing out, restored Marantz 4270 - better than new condition; Pioneer SX-5590, 8/10; Concept 16.5, 8/10 cosmetically - 10/10 function. Various high end vintage speakers: Rectilinear Research, AR, Kenwood, Infinity, McIntosh, Leslie 251. PM me for details, clearing out to finance home theater upgrade.

Looking at the HP configurator...you could have built a great desktop and bought a reasonable and much more portable laptop for that kind of money.

You probably spent less than the configurator...but this sort of goes to a pet peave:
Idiots that spend 2k+ on a "gaming" laptop, and then procede to just leave it on thier desk all the time. It makes no sense: a 1k desktop will kick that laptop's ass up and down every game out there and a 1k laptop will be amazingly nice to cary around - like a laptop is designed for.
All opinions are not equal. Some are a very great deal more robust, sophisticated and well supported in logic and argument than others.

Tactical type bag for phone charger, wallet etc to use when I'm on duty. I'm tired of leaving things in different ambulances etc.

Then I ordered a pair of these from us standard issue.
