    Thread: Performance Cafe

    1. 10-12-2010 01:23 PM #1
I just had my VW serviced at Performance Cafe in Monterey CA. It was a 50k service so nothing to big. All parts installed were OEM quality and of course Synthetic oil. Great service by Mr. Heller and Mike V and Kevin are great too. Mike Heller knows what he is doing with the cars. I am on vacation in Monterey from NC and took the cross country drive and the folks at Performance Cafe know what they are talking about. When I was there they were working on a couple of projects, most notable was the S4 that was completely taken apart awaiting a complete build. They do general maintenance on any car up to the extreme build. Thank you for the service and I hope I run in to y'all again.

Wow, these both seem awkwardly similar... Almost seems like the two are the same people...Also kinda weird that since 2009 this OP has had 14 posts, while the WolfsbergProj has had 51 since 2010... Anyone think there's a good chance someone has an old account open still seeing as this OP last posted something in 2009.. I could be imagining things but there seems to be lots of coincidences here...

Back when SKE meets were held in Watsonville, this random guy rolled by in a lifted truck, talkin' about "oh I made a club called Speed Stars" and "oh we only take cars over 600HP" and "oh do you guys have any cars that are over 600HP" and "oh I have an S4 that's gonna get fully built with over 600HP".

We were like "whatever" and he left. An SKE member recognized him and knew he was Highway Patrol of something like that. Called himself "Robocop"..

I have a higher post count though, and everyone knows that means I have more street cred. So that extra penny is definitely worth it.

But I've been a member for longer, and have decided that my posts are precious and therefore do not post unless it's SUPER important
