Damn that looks good

i was going through some old pictures today and thought i'd post them up.
i bought this car last may, so its been almost a year and a half. been through a lot with it, and theres way more to come. i've had a ton of problems with the car and i'm a broke 19 yr old, which doesnt help at all. anyways, here's some pictures from the last year and half.
a few weeks after i purchased the car.
got into an accident after owning the car for a month, so i decided to do a jetta front.
one the way to the junkyard to cop a jetta hood.
got the front end back together, didnt have money for real paint of course, and i live in florida, so we all know what that means...
then i picked up some leathers and got rid of those hideous grey cloth seats. and if you couldnt tell, the red spray bomb looked liked ****, so i had to switch it up. the nutmeg came out a little better but it still looked like ****, but i rocked it for a while.
after a few months of enjoying the car, this **** happens.
put the steelies on :-/
more **** broke.
and then the work began, fixing the rear quarter, shaving the hatch, and painting the car hot rod flatz vintage burgandy pearl.
sanding down 2 layers of spraypaint and half a layer of primer was not fun...
primered.
before i could finish painting the car, i had to swap in a new aba.
and all back together...
then the car got sprayed.
and right after that i picked up a set of shooters for $80 and spent $120 on getting them powdercoated super gloss white.
this was like christmas...
and then i finally got the car put back together, and got the wheels on.
went lower and pushed the camber in. bad idea.
put a scirocco 16 valve axle in there and that solved the problem. got an alignment.
and this is where it sits now...
now that you've wasted a few minutes lookin through all these stupid pics of this busted ass car, you're pissed off. i apologize.

thanks to everyone that has responded. i appreciate it.

in ocala right now. hopefulyl orlando within the next year.
eventually. its definitely on the list, but theres a few things on the list before that. whoever owned the car before me apparently thought you could jack the car up wherever the **** they wanted.
haha, yeah, when i got the wheels, the 512's were out of stock, so i used two 912's i had off the 9" d90's and then had to buy two more 912's for the fronts. eventually, and soon enough, i'll have 512's all the way around.
i love the d90's. especially since they're 8's and 9's, which not many people have. buttttt, when i had the blowout, that wheel got bent. i got a quote on fixing it so whenever i have some extra money, trust me when i say that it will be fixed. and eventually, they will be back on the car, somewhere down the road.
my friend luke mainly did all the paint work as far as this last stage of the car. i sanded a ****ing lot, but he did the body work and sprayed everything. all i can tell you is that you should never ever ****ing ever primer your car, spray paint over that, and then spray paint over that. it's all fun and games when youre spray bombing the car, but when you're ready and need that **** to come off, it sucks, trust me. haha.
that's exactly what i do, is have fun. i hate this car sometimes, but i love it too. it's the farthest thing from a show car, and i couldnt care less. one day, i want it to have actual paint and look presentable, but if im not having fun, then there no point.![]()

Those d90s were 8s and 9s? Damn good combo. ****ty that one got bent, 9s aren't easy to find
