Everyday sightnings include F22's, T-38's and Blackhawks. I have other occational sightnings of F15's 16's and A-10's. But those are very rare here.

I got a similar thing going on. Lots of cool planes, but can't take any pics. Daily sightings are F/A-18 A through G, KC-130, T-38, T-45, H-60, E-2, P-3, and P-8. V-22 and JSF fly by more like on a weekly basis. And twice a year they bring through some cool stuff for the Navy test pilot school; highlights being a B-25, MiG-15, and a blimp.

Blackhawks or Pavehawks? Are all the F-15 gone from LAFB? What about the two F-16 from Air Guard?

I know the ARMY is right up the road.

Look like blackhawks. It's been very recent that they've been flying. The F15's show up every once in a while and there are 3 F16's. They mostly sit though.

I was part of the construction team that built the new addition to the LAFB Hospital. I saw plenty of F-22 practicing. Also at that time there were one or maybe two F-15 squadrons still residing there. The golf course is also very nice.

That's a really neat shot - those nacelles are ginormous.

Sometimes I miss living in Portland... the Fremont Bridge and the Big Pink Tower of Power were always nice to see.

Shooting from the parking garage under cover. It's harder to get quality than I thought in heavy rain, but I like what I got. At least somewhat

It's such a blast to be at PDX when these guys slot in between the umpteen Alaska and Southwest flights and tear the place up.

Totally agree. Unfortunately, 8 of the birds are in Hawaii right now, so only two are ripping it up for the time being

I thought this was pretty rare. I spotted this at Houston Intercontinental yesterday. It's a 747-400 combi. It's hard to see from the crappy cell phone pic but you can just make out the hinge of the cargo door, just past the fourth door. Plus, note the pallets lined up ready to load.
