Based on their function, typical passenger, and styling of the interior, I'm sure neither of those craft have "no-head" policies onboard.

I watched one of those stall and crash on takeoff a few years ago at KJYO, dumbass sales guy was trying to show off short field performance. He got it flying in just enough time that it hit the ground at a 40 degree angle inside of 90, didn't kill himself or the passenger, just broken bones.
