its not though, the plan is to destroy the core support in a minor fender bender so those damn westy square loving mothers wont whine that a "rare" core support got destroyed... rounds soon!

I have no problem stuffing my head with psychotropics, but I would sure as hell never drive without bumpers. There is lower risk in watching the walls breath.

    NO BUMPERS =

got in a little collision bunny still ran fine so i drove it for a while, she started overheating and blowing hoses.... i replaced a few of them and then decided it was time to freshen her up !

    which lead to this :

in this picture the engine is completely disconnected but the passenger side engine mount bolt is stuck...
iv tried everything and it just spins. i dont have a sawzall so im quite lost, have no clue on what to do

if anyone has any suggestions i would love to hear them

This is the new engine that is going in (1.7)

i got it off a local dubber for 100$, he told me it was rebuilt and i believed him
i guess well find out, looks nice and clean so im not too worried. i will be polishing the intake and putting a larger throttle body on it as well as adding a snadwich plate for an oil cooler from a volvo or a td golf.

the plan for the bay is to cut off all unnecessary brackets, remove all the unnecessary wiring and tuck it all away under the frame rails. i already removed all the vaccum lines running to the carbon canister and got a throttle body boot with no extra holes. im not going to fully shave it, i just want a nice clean bay that is appealing to the eye.
i will wire wheel the rust and spraybomb the compartment with high heat satin black paint from home depot

Parts...parts....parts. Got some new struts and all new belts along with (not pictured) HD engine mount set which should get rid of the annoying vibrations

Old rusty fenders that were getting lighter as i drove are going to be replaced by these new ones i scored from jesse (thanks buddy)

    MMMM, Tasty

He also hooked me up with these dope eggcrate style caddy grilles ! as well as a new rad support which will be replacing my twisted (post-collision) support. Its a little bit bent at the bottom on the lip, but i think ill be able to straighten it out just fine

This is what the front will look like when im done oh, oh, am i ever excited??!!! Of course im going to rust proof the support and paint it black.

    Thats it for today,

    Stay tuned.

im going to be picking up two bumpers with overriders for extra protection from a guy in edmonton real soon.

drugs can be harmful depending on how you use them and what you consider to be "drugs", but bad is to broad of a term for me to describe anything

i knew i should have worn bumpers, but i just couldnt afford any at the time now i have a job so i will be able to actually buy **** for mah bunny...

drugs that are bad: alcohol, caffeine, nicotine, childrens tylenol.

drugs that are not bad: the numerous chemicals found in cannabis, viagra, acid, sillybin mushrooms.
