    Got myself a winter project

It's a $950 CBR F2. It needs a few things but it's rideable and the motor seems solid. I can't wait to get this thing out on the road but i'll enjoy working on it over the winter months. If i'm lucky it'll be done before the season is totally over. Cheers.

I'm in North Royalton. Anyone know of an excellent tint shop that does quality work for the money? I have my candy white 2011 VW Jetta SE that needs a good tinting. Any recommendations from the local guys?

Is there a Fall Headlands Invasion, and if so, date / details? Or did I miss it already?

Also, anyone done a rear wheel hub/bearing replacement on an A5 AWD car? Trying to get an idea of how much has to come apart, the Bentley is unhelpful.

If anyone needs VCDS work / codes / etc on the East side, shoot me a PM.
I have installed most of the popular bolt-on mods for a 2008 R32, minus suspension work. I know a lot about electronics and car audio, and have experience with VCDS ("vagcom"). I'm a radar/lidar countermeasure enthusiast. I like track days, autocross, and US Highway 129. I love aural pleasure.

kevin - Saw you mentioned possibly doing rims Tiffany Blue. here is what it looks like...

The camera kind of greened the color in the closer pic, but it really is a unique blue. It's not quite robin's egg, it's baby blue but on the verge of aqua. True Tiffany blue is also a copyrighted color, so anything you get is going to be a "closest match".

That 430 is actual Tiffany blue - it was supposedly owned by one of the VPs or a regional store owner or whatnot.

Actually I need a R32 gauge cluster programmed in my Rabbit. Ive talked to a few people that did gti clusters into them, and the R32 cluster should work. Mine is a 08 with full mfd, the cluster is the same 08 with full mfd.

Hmm, I thought that the cluster had more than just cluster in it? I think the older cars had some of the immobilizer / key data in the cluster. Not sure about Mk5. I've never done a cluster swap.

Also, Blue needles are for .:Rs.

Nope. It'll work. Only clusters that don't are 2010+. R32 seats are for R32's but I have them in my mkv

I'm not sure there's anything to program then? It should just swap in. About the only settings in the Instrument module itself is whether you want euro or US cluster, and I think the brake pad warning light / seatbelt dings / etc are in there.

No you have to copy the immo data from the old, paste it to the new, as well as mileage, and run a couple adaptations.
I'll link the DIY thread for you to read. See if you want to do it.

I'm new to the Dub scene as an owner. Been big into em since i was little, always wanted a MKIV. Finally last weekend, it came to be.

I got a 2003 GTI VR6, and I love it. Black, 2 door, 6 speed with a leather interior. I get much love from everyone about it, and everyone wants to drive it

I've been playing around with it all week so far, already have a huge list of what I want to do with it. The dub scene is pretty decently sized in the 440. The BMX scene goes hand in hand with it nicely aswell (hatchback love). Lots of MKII's and V's, a few slick looking GLI's here and there too. Not too many IV GTIs from what I've seen, so I feel like I stand out alittle, which I'm ok with.
Now that I own one, I figured i'd try to get involved and see what kind of get togethers and such i can attend

P.S. If youre ever in the 440 and a black mkIV with tinted windows infront of you stalls, chances are it's probably me. Still getting the hang of stick! Sorry!
