We need picture of them growing up. I have two Dobermans, and I will never go without one in my life.

The little bull dog is cute too.

This is a couple weeks ago. My Doberman broke her leg 2 months ago. She just got her cast off and now has to take it easy for another month. This is very hard to do with a puppy who has ton's of energy and just want's to run everywhere.

They are growing so fast. Rubi (Dobie) is now 60+lbs and just at 7 months. Jade (Bully) is 30+lbs.

Lately I have been loving my time with our Topher especially on the weekends when everyone else wants to go to bars all night which is fine but I just like chilling with him on the couch and taking him around the neighborhood exploring or relaxing in the back yard like we did today. Maybe I'm getting old but I just like the down time on the days off. Sorry for the bad cell phone pics but its all I had at the time.

Penny turned 1 on sunday. ITs amazing how much time flys. Im really glad that she has been a very healthy puppy her 1st year. I cant wait for her to get bigger.

its a funny thing. bogart, my bulldog loves snow sooooo much, being in eastern nc we are lucky to get snow but last year it came thick an boy it was hard to bring him in.

Well last year it snowed maybe about 3inches. Penny got to play in the snow when she was about 4 months. But this year it hasnt snowed down here yet. So I took her up to the snow.

I was wondering about what tricks has everyone taught their Bulldogs? Since our guy was a puppy we started with the basics but we only have done :
1) Paw
2) Sit
3) Lay down
4) Spin
5) Stay (kind of)

I was just looking for more ideas, thanks guys and happy holidays!

High Five
High Ten
Listen (bark & run to door)
Stay (most the time)

She knows many other things but I wouldn't call them tricks. She only gets food after she rolls over and gives a high five. All it takes is asking her, "do you want some food?"
Her favorite thing to do is sleep.

Question for all you guys with older bulldogs. Lately Penny has been getting freaked out by every little damn noise and starts to bark up a storm. I try to tell her no but sometimes she don't listen.

That's funny you ask because we have noticed the same thing. But Christopher is only just over 2 and lately he jumps up and thinks someone is out side at any little sound and sometimes no sound. And on walks he always stops and turns around like every 10ft like if something is behind him.

Honeslty, a squirt bottle kinda works if telling them no doesn't. Snoopy had an oct phase where if things were not left the way he remembered he would bark or if he heard a noise outside he would go all kujo on it. Squirt bottle and saying no and now just correcting gets him to stop. Just what we did. :]

on walks bogart tries to sniff every mail box, i usually just walk in the road an keep him on a short leash. but for in the house when he is bad we tried every thing, spray bottles, clapping, snapping, outside old kennel...but wat works, is a small air horn, im sure this wont help u with your problem. but in the house bogart can hear something fall an he will sit an just random bark for an hour.
