I have for sale left over parts from my 1992 Gti which I recently sold to another forum member.
I'm located near Los Angeles. No crazy low ballers please, prices below are quite reasonable.

1.) 02A Transmission + Shifter and Shifter Cable: SOLD!

The transmission was purchased from a fellow forum member. I never installed it, however I am told that the transmission was in good condition when last pulled. I will also include the shifter and shifter cable with the package.






2.) 02A shifter and shifter cable: $50.00

I have an extra used set for sale. I purchased this from a fellow forum member, never used myself.

3.) OZ MSW VEGA 3 piece wheels 15x7 4x100 et25 incl spare lips - $850

Size: 15x7
Bolt Pattern: 4x100
Offset: et25
3 piece wheels
Center painted black (faded)

Pros:
These wheels are extremely rare, especially in 4x100 bolt pattern. Perfect fit for any VW, BMW e30, Honda's or any other 4x100 bolt pattern vehicles and can easily be modified to go wider, as they are 3 piece and compatible with the 30 hole BBS RS lips. The barrels are in excellent condition, no bends.

Cons:
There are noticeable scratches on the lips and will need refinishing. ...or simply swap out with the BBS RS lips. OZ wheels unlike BBS multi piece wheels require a special tool to take off the bolts. The PO got desperate and used a grinder to grind off a few bolts resulting in a two inch long scratch on the lip, but no damage to the barrel or face. However, there are always people selling used RS lips so this shouldn't be a big concern for you.

For those who want to replace the lips, OZ requires a special tool and I also have the tools to take off the bolts for $150

I'm wondering about the 9A block. Were the rings re-used? And if so, what was compression when it was taken apart? How much for the shortblock alone, and what state is it in (mains and thrusts already installed with crank, rods, pistons in place? Or would I need to finish it?)

I believe I already quoted you with a price. Just making you sure I don't leave you out. Yes, these are all for the MK2 Gti. I got rid of the Gti and currently selling left over parts which I purchased and used or never used.

The rings are brand new. I didn't check compression because I was trearing the whole thing down and rebuilding it from the ground up. The motor was working fine, according to the previous owner. The block pretty comes with everything except the alternator bracket and alternator. The crank, piston, intermediate shaft, pulleys, everthing is all there. I may throw in some odds and ends as I don't need them anymore.

The unpainted front big bumper is not oem. I forget where I purchased it, it's been that long. But I assure you the fitment is 100%. I have to double check if I still have the rebar. Send me your email address and I'll email you pictures. Asking $140 picked up.

Digging through my garage and found few other parts, such as brand new nuspeed front/rear sway bars, brand new floor mats (no VW or Gti logo), used 9a 16v head, yamaha r6 carb. I'll dig through to see what else I can find in my garage. They're all in working condition.
