I'm a student here, but I'm local to Fort Collins. There's the vwunion which I always recommend! Not too sure on the rest of the scene here but I've seen a few lowered Audi's and an R32.

The union is looking into starting up a Boulder chapter, but other than that I haven't seen much of a scene here yet .
