I always see this thing on 17th. I know the guy down a few blocks with the huge blazer. Im never in vw's anymore so i dont get the wave. White lexus or white toyota truck thats almost as wide as the lane now.

I roll around with these 2 guys. They both drive faster and far more *******-ish than I do. Word of advice...don't follow the mk4 gti too close. You'll end up with atf fluid, 0w40, or chunks of road on your car. It's likely that he either has a cracked transmission or a broken oil pan..because he consistently breaks both.

Odometer stopped working at 220k last year..it still gets up and does 130mph no problem. I love it.

I see the same red coupe quattro almost every weekday afternoon on hwy 82 between carbondale and aspen. WHO ARE YOU? also saw a blue 2800 CS a few times in eljebel, only the second one I have ever seen in my life next to the silver one at wuste and I like the blue one better. Saw this guy a few times over the last few weeks also here in the Springs. First time pulling into a bank on Bijou and Cascade, second time crusing down Pikes Peak with a camera strapped to the drivers door. I asked the same about suspension. Me- "Static?" Him- "Yeah!" Me- ""

Not too familiar with the MKVI rear but it had what looked like a real euro plate and temp tags in the rear window. Are the NA MKVI bumpers slotted out to fit a euro plate?
