its so funny im teh exact way...im 17 and theres like 6 other jettas in my school, one of which with the oem projectors that probably wouldnt even notice if i stole them and threw mine on there because hes rocking hubcaps...clean car by the way if only it was a 6 speed, i never understood why they made glis in automatic

Just updated first page.

Working on selling the RCs now to free up some cash.

Picked up Savko's old oil cap from Ian yesterday to match the dipstick, also from Sav.

Alignment is pulling slightly to the left, so Les Schwab has agreed to redo it for free whenever I can bring it in.

Going back to school tomorrow so updates will stop for a bit. If you are interested in buying me wheels (prefer local people) or the Ground Control Camber Plates, shoot me a PM.

I will also be swapping the 10mm front spacers for some fives that .Ant sold me. Should sit a bit better for turning

Forgot to ask, wont it vibrate with a 5? I remember when i had 5mm spacer on my RCs, there would be vibrations after like 40 if i remember correctly.

I actually have a ten now so it's all good. But yes, a 5 will tend to vibrate violently

You should only have vibrations with 8s in front. The rest just means, alignment, balance, tire, or wearing bushings =)

Is it because the 8mm dont have a lip but need one? And 5mm are small enough to have enough contact with the wheel hub to wheel?

But in all seriousness, my car is pretty damn fast. I am able to beat Ian (though his car has had a few running issues), who is APR Stage 1. I think we need to do that test again at some point though, now that his N75 is fixed. But I may do a chip.

Well I have been tossing around some plans coming up for the car, and with the sale of the RCs am having a bit of a dilemma, but I think I have made a decision.

I had been debating mainly over getting a few big items, or saving for a set of high end wheels. I have decided to keep the CHs for now, as I really like them, but do want a change of finish.

So in the next few weeks I hope to do the following:

APR Tuning Fully Loaded ECU (with emissions deletes) - On EPIC sale right now

BBS CH Refinish (Shot peened hopefully)

Maybe in a few months I will pick up a nice set of three piece wheels and turn them into a slow project, or pursue some other wheel opportunities that may open up with Calvin's new designs.

There are also a few other odds and ends, like the trunk blend, and other small items I have yet to finish up and want to clear off my list. Hopefully I will get the list chopped down and do some cleaning up of the car, and just enjoy it this summer once I am off school. Future plans may change, but I think you guys can get a feel that I am pretty happy at the current stage and am okay staying here for a bit.
