This is pretty rare, so I'm wondering what has it.

So, no SUV or vans I guess.

Audi, Mercedes, BMW, Rolls, pretty much all the big boys

List the specific cars, not brands.

And yes cars only. A reclining backseat in an SUV is not a big deal as they have open space behind them.

I know VW had them in the Phaeton. Extremely comfortable.

Maybach 62 has reclining rear seats that are also heated and cooled and so does the Lexus LS460L which also has a massage feature built in.

      How much of a recline?

Element, Fit, and tC have reclining rear seats. Element more than the other two.

Yup, about the only luxury car you can snag for under $2k here in the US these days with a power reclining back seat.

Dot know if you're counting this as an SUV, but the current generation Subaru Legacy Outback has them.

Wait, the Honda Fit has reclining back seats? I don't think so. I owned an '09 for almost a year. All the back seats did was fold flat.

I came in here to post this. Although, I don't think that was stock on every car. My 93 didn't have it, and my friends 90 & 91 didn't either. Option I guess?
Buy my Helios Jetta 16V GLi. Do it.

It has two settings, one more reclined than the other.

84-87 Mitsu Galant (I don't know about the Sigma version). The seats reclined, the lower cushion was adjustable for rake, and the headrest moved side to side. (They also had the dash that tilted with the tilt wheel.)

The last generation Infiniti M (not sure if offered throughout the lifespan) with the Premium package had power reclining rear seats.

A long manual to explain all the sat nav all other odds and ends in the car is luxury?

You just need a clutch and stick. Second the b3. Take all the money you would for new car and maintain the old good

      (lower it)

That must be an improvement for the '10's. My '09 did not do that. 100% sure.
