Nick (the son) from weide motors comes out to the monday night cambridge meets some days... he really likes his TDI's, he's quite knowledgable. Some of us have been to weide's place, I've dealt with their other tech Patrick a few times. quite a vast amount of VW knowldge in that shop.
I've been by werners.... looked at a few things on their lot. but if their service rates and quality of work are anything like their sales prices, you've gotta be kidding me....

There are some places in cambridge that I have heard are pretty good...but if your coming from brantford its going to be a bit of a drive. There is a small shop inbetween Cambridge Mitsubishi and Cambridge Surplus...the place is called Weide Motors, he sells a lot of used VW's....Volkswagen is pretty much the only thing he ever has in there and I have gone to him for advice on my golf a few times now, and he has proven to me to be a decent source for info. and by small shop I mean its a SMALL SHOP lol its address is 1508 Eagle Street North, Cambridge
there is also a place that I have dealt with before called Werner's Auto Service which is 78 Shade Street, Cambridge. They arent that bad, and they do know their VW's but as for advice they are pretty useless...I went in there asking about transmissions and they wouldnt tell me ****....I went into weide motors and he told me what I needed to know about my tansmission issue pretty damn quick

I was going to come out on thursday, but i completely blanked and by the time I remembered it was nearing 11:30 lol...o well some time I will have to make a trip out to atleast one of the get togethers...though my golf is well...beat to **** (got some nasty rust going)

Yea I saw that, the reason I asked was the plaza in the background is Caledonia.

so the thursday night crew may be on CHCH tv news.....
some **** went down and there was like... 9 cruisers in the lowes parking lot, some blocking off of the main cross-street.... a fire pumper, rescue unit, and a paddy wagon...... plus a CHCH tv news van......
something went down.... cops wouldn't tell us what
