I had my old TD out for a spin last weekend. Boy I miss what REAL boost is....

Dub scene here isn't bad. It dwindles down in the winter, but springtime people crawl out from the woodwork. Last week we had 8 or 9 people come down for the meet, in the summers we might see about 15 or so people.

Just so everyone knows, it's not specifically VW, but there's a good percentage of us who are into VW who show up. We got Mazda guys, a honda guy, a mitsu guy.... sometimes a subie guy... we're all car nerds... we like everything really.

I used to know Josh in jerseyville.... had a mk3 cl... and a cabrio project... helped him out with a timing belt job... I think he moved to hamilton. You know who I'm talking about? Jerseyville's kinda small

haha right on, no matter what time of year im out dubbin . put the coils on my mk5 lastweek, and not to long ago sold my mk4 jetta id post pitctures if i knew how to haha. yeah youll forsure see me out there next meet.... no i dont know him, theres only one guy i see who drive dub in this tiny town, hes got a 4 door golf mk4 vr6.

You know anyone that can blow off some rust and blend in paint, pass rear wheel arch? Pretty small area not the entire quarter. Also anyone got a roller I can borrow need to roll them fenders.

What Phil said. I'm OK with loaning it out to you guys for a bit longer so you can get a fender rolling GTG happening.

I spied a mk4 gti, black, on 19's with a bodykit (couldn't ID it) tinted tails, lowered with FMIC at the Little Caesar's by the casino....
me and my buddy were checkin it out from inside, and low and behold the owner was standing right beside us

I mentioned the thursday night meet to him, then he said "it's for sale"...
I need another dub like I need another hole in my head

We have a weekly meet on Thursday nights (7ish - Whenever) at the Lowes on Wayne Gretzky Parkway. We usually park at the timmies end of the parking lot and walk up to the tims for coffee.
