Part of the back of the actual cibie reflector, no you can't get those individually, you could try reattaching it somehow, or find another used light, or you can buy them new but one is around 130 to 150.

Hey guys I was wondering if someone (preferably with voted dual rounds, but I guess any will do) had any up close pics of the mounting. I got mine in, and have the ecode brackets, I just feel like they're not just right because they don't line up with the fenders well and I feel like if I close my hood hard I could damage them..don't worry, summer wheels going on tomorrow and is going lower lol

I think they look pretty decent anyway!

It pays off , I found a surf green hella in a junk yard in ct like 6 years ago and paid $20 for it ..there was no trace of the rest of the car tho sadly and it was found on the trunk of a mkii .

Damn what junk yards you looking in CT haha, and I'm excited about the lights! Idk, but dual rounds are definitely my soft spot for mk3's...even if I don't use them I love collecting them haha. And nice find on the ABT!

It was found at chuck & eddies location in southington (before they were dicK's)

There's some vw junk yard up over the state line with lots of cool mkiii's but I have never found that to this day .where are you from in ct and do I know ya lol?

Hey guys anyone know where I could source the rubber boots for the back of the lamps? Like on my votex lights it plugs in the h1 light with like h7 type prongs on the back? Or whats the best method for hooking up the h1 lights?

yeah I'm on a hunt for the kamei piece for my setup when it's done.
what dual rounds were those? Looks like ABT's with hella internals (or lo beam at least)?

those were ABT dual rounds with the cibie high beam and the low beam was from a 3 or 5 series bmw.

fit like a glove. just had to modify back cut off the back plastic to be able to extend the projector.

but the actual round face fit perfectly in the abt lights. secured it with silicone/glue and called it a day.

great beam pattern too.

Well, since most people with hdr need these adjusting screws I found what appears to be them, a little pricey but what can you do (they are single bolts, with the two plastic pieces). Just bought some, and just bought two rubber boots for the high beams.

The hella ones appear to be the ones on the hdr. (also found that searching "hella universal headlight adjusting screws" comes up with more results...I bought mine from Amazon, with the college student free "prime" offer...free 3 day shipping or something like that)

Hella, in.pro (same as hella), tyc (hella reps) could have come with smoked masks like that. Look for the light manufacturer/stampings on the masks?
