Love sonic! I have a monthly there and with the Dubs of Queens discount, it ends up coming out to around $50 for the sonic scream. The trick to make sure they do the job right is to talk to the supervisor guy, the one who drives the car out. Just point out anything you don't like and he takes care of it quick. He knows my car now and always tells the guys to pay "special attention" to my car.
I do the same. I let my wife hand the tip to them so they can feel special LOL

I think the main reason is Bc they have hired a bunch of additional guys in anticipation of the summer business. They haven't really shown the right way to finish the cars.
The regular guys still go over my car with great detail. If you have a problem, just speak to Efrin, he will let the workers know your gripes and correct them promptly.
I had an issue last week where twice they didn't clean my monster mats, mentioned it to Efrin, haven't had a problem since.
I'm still trying to figure out which guy is Efrin. Is he the one that parks the cars in the back? And when they first pull out he uses air to push out the water out of the front of the car?
