RAGE ALL CAPS POST.
DROVE AN HOUR AND A HALF TO MEET THE GUY FOR MY WHEELS. **** CRAIGSLIST. LOL.
I TALKED TO HIM YESTERDAY ON THE PHONE, AND WE'VE BEEN EMAILING, AND THEN, WHAT DO I GET?
NO SHOW.
****IN A. HE SENDS MY CALLS STRAIGHT TO VOICEMAIL NOW AND WONT RESPOND TO EMAIL/TXT.
When I was selling my detroits, the same thing happened to me. I drove up to Ft Meyers and guy was a no show. Basically drove 2 hours to go see Iron Man 2 and eat at Chick Fil A
Things just arent working out I guess. Had the grill all painted and put back together. On the car. Yes.
Go to store. Ok. Come out from store. FML. Stray shopping cart pwned grille.
I then decided to take my rear seats out for cleaning under them/upcoming autox. It actually does make a difference in how my R drives. Much louder too.
And in terms of volume, it is noticeably louder. Not hurt your ears loud, but you can definitely tell that they're gone.
As far as driveability. The rear end feels, hmmm, lighter I guess. It feels more lively. I didn't take out the spare or any tools for fear that as soon as I did I'd get a flat.
Silverline X's? Interested in what you set the stiffness to front and rear. I'm happy with how they ride in all situations except "humps" on the freeway that seem to make the car take too long to settle back to neutral.
