I did alotta work to the house last winter. painted the front stairs, the door. Did some landscaping.
I wanna build a garage in the back of my house but the town laws are a bitch that i don't wanna go through. I have enough land in the back to build something nice.
mid 30's, wife, 7 month old, 20 year mortgage....
1989 16V Gti is my car, pretty much daily driven
wife drives the E90 328i
2000 honda accord is the backup
Last time the wife sat in it was about a year ago when she was 4 months pregnant. Just about bounced the baby out. She wants me to sell the thing. But, my reason to her is, this is the most fun for the $$$ out there. So, for now, she's ok with me keeping it.

make friends with an inspector, when my father built a garage behind their old house the inspector gladly answered any questions he had and helped him with any ordinances/laws.
