Check the hose that goes to the back of the intake manifold. It has to be exactly 1 meter long and has to go to the correct nipple on the manifold. Ask me why and I cant tell you, but it does.

I recently picked up a g60 swapped into a mk2 jetta. car did not run when i got it but i replaced the cap and rotor with the correct german (not US) cap and rotor and pulled the ****ty NGK sparks and put in right ones. Car starts and idles fine but after about 10-15 minutes starts chugging, exhaust turns thick white and smells like straight fuel. The supercharger is a stage three built at BBM. Has stage 4 upgrade kit also from BBM in it. All installed prior to me buying it. I have a Corrado G60 that runs great but comparison is difficult due to mine not being stock and items deleted from jetta. Does anyone have swap wire diagrams for g60 motor into mk2 jetta?

Yeah, that sounds like some kind of ECU problem. You may also want to check some sensors. You could be looking at temp sensors, O2 sensor, maybe even ISV (though it sounds like you probably have a reroute anyway).

I checked the length of the vacuum line, which is a hard plstic line? I didnt thinkit was supposed to be a stiff line but it is only about 3/4 of the length it should be. there is also a sensor or plug missing from the fuel rail???? the fpr is plugged in but on the other side of fuel rail there is a plug that is brown and not connected to anything....ARG this car is frustrating...i really should have taken a better look at this before i bought this car. thank you for help peeps

Did you try posting this in the G60 forum? That's where this post belongs. This is the Corrado forum and this thread is about a G60 engine, not a Corrado.

Im in the process of doing the same swap and I have nothing for the brown plug (two prong think the wires are a red /white and a brown or something) either I dont think you need it. From what I understand from the Bently is that your fuel system sensors depend on your cars engine code/ year. I belive the the nipple on the left is for the ECU and the one on the right is for the carbon box.

This isn't a g60 in a mk2 issue. If the car is ce2, the wiring is a direct plug and play. You just swap in the g60 harness, but not having any details about the swap nor the car I can't say for certain.
With that said, sounds like an ecu issue. You need to replace the vacuum line going to the ecu with the proper sized on. It NEEDS to be 1 meter long
