Mk6 GTI Lamin-X Headlight Protection Kits - $52.20

Kits include headlight and fog light protection films. Available in the following colors:

- optic blue
- tinted (6%)
- gunsmoke (12%)

Made from a 17 mil thick film these pre-cut covers will protect your vehicles headlights and fog lights from damage caused by daily driving. Strong and impact resistant, yet pliable enough to adhere to any surface.

No heat gun or blow dryer required for the install, just peel and stick. That being said, any adhesive will typically adhere slightly better when conditions are warmer, but a 70+ degree ambient temp should be just fine.

in your ad it says it is a kit with both headlight and foglight films. when you click through to the website, there is nothing indicating that it is a kit... please advise.

Some cars were equipped with fogs and others were not, GTI fogs were different shapes from the TDI, etc... The photos on the website should show the complete kit when under your vehicle application. If you let me know which color film you would like, and which model car you have, I can get a link to them on the website and confirm they do include the fog sections.

I know its a stupid question but the color kits, do they, when the headlights are on make the beam that color too, or do they shine just plain ol white?

The color kits will change the color output of the headlights as well as the look when the lights are off. While the color change on the light output will likely be subtle, there will be a change there if the yellow or blue versions are installed.

installed the yellow ones on my fogs and it is noticable at night, it tints the beam yellow,

FYI: fogs were fairly easy to install ( though i did mess up triming one of them , it's only noticeable when you get up on it ) Also tinted my tail's ( since i don't have access to a vag-com currently and it's waaaayyy cheaper than buying new tails ) and i love the look of it, they almost make the whole backend blend together, but i must say you DEF. need a heat gun or blow dryer to put them on due to all the different curves in the taillight.

That's ok, Yes the fogs for the MK6 GLI and MK6 GTI are the same.
