It's absolutely amazing. I HIGHLY recommend it.

It looks clean, and it really holds your stuff in place.

I use it to hold my 30lb custom road side assistance kit in place

as seen in the pic below.

I leave it in at the track. and it has NEVER moved.

If you're looking to organize your trunk, this is the only way to do it. Definitely worth the money.

I love the concept its absolutely amazing. Only thing is that I would get the OEM euro ones, the ECS tuning ones are very cheaply made and I am not happy with the quality what so ever.

The dealership never followed up with me. From what I've been reading, the only way to fully get rid of the bumper ripples is to replace the front bumper, and its hard to perfectly match the OEM paint color. So for now I'm giving the topic a rest since I don't want mis-matched panels, and I can live with the ripples for now.

For what its worth I ordered an OEM Euro R32 bumber from TMTuning, complete wth paint (I supplied my OEM colour code) and I was outstounded by the colour match - i cant see the difference - especially since the car and original paint was close to 10 years old...

If I ever have the funds I'm going to hopefully do the same thing Haven't seen that bumper available from TMTuning lately though, maybe I'm just missing it. I'm not sure what's worse... bumper ripples and millions of little rock chips or slightly mismatched colors...

i jsut had my front repsrayed as i might know. The painter, sanded the ripples out, glazed it over so it was smooth and it looks great. Mine had ripples on both sides. Most places quoted me around 2-300 w bodywork and paint to respray the bumper alone.

I heard they come back after a while when fixed that way. You should keep us posted on how they look in a few months. I'm really interested in how it turns out.

So pictures from Saturday's autocross and a video

The video was not my best run of the day, and I ended up shaving 2 seconds off that time.

i've got the ripples on both sides as well and have been wanting to get them fixed and fill the side markers while it's at the shop.

The attachment points caused them. VW did replace bumpers for a few, some had them come back.. some went as far as to mod the bumper... I miss my ripples!

    bumper ripples exude class.

    WOO! tenth entry lol.

Got window tint over the weekend. Mainly because the parking lot at work has no shade and when I get in my car after a long day (even with a windshield reflector) my car is 912340.1632 degrees. and my interior panels feel like they are lava.

So with that being said. I got 28 on the sides and 18 on the back windshield

Sorry the pics aren't that good, they were taken with my phone.

I am extremely happy with the way that it turned out, they did a real good job getting the tint to lay down in the dot matrix on the edge of the back windows.

On my way home, I noticed that the mirror inside of my sun visor was cracked (it wasn't when I dropped the car off). I gave them a call and they just called me back saying they would cover the cost of a replacement.

So big thumbs up to SunShade Window Tinting in Troy, Mi. for being an honest company. I already referred one of my friends to them and will most likely be returning for a light coat of windshield tint.

I take it your tint laws arent too stringent, IIRC, CT is like 30% is max i can get and im not allowed to have any windshield tint/ outside of OEM...unless its one of those ultra cool black trips along the top

    Looks nice though
