So these will let 114.3x5 wheels fit?

Also how long are our factory bolts? I always thought that they were 30+?

Correct, these will allow mounting of 5x114.3 wheels to a 5x112 car. OEM wheel bolts are 27mm long.

so you can mount 5x114.3 without redrilling them?

Correct, these allow you to mount a 5x114.3 wheel on a 5x112 car without re-drilling them as long as a few criteria are met. The bolt holes on some JDM wheels are for 12mm studs, not 14mm wheel bolts, so in some cases the bore on the wheel bolt would need to be opened up / drilled out. The offsets on the wheels also need to be correct as it is not possible to run a spacer with these bolts, as these are the same length as a stock bolt.

That all depends on the width of the wheel, what car they are being installed on, etc.. One reference or baseline point on the Mk5... 8.5" wide with et44 is pretty much flush in the front.

There are quite a few offset calculators available to help determine how offsets are changed by wheel width, etc... so I would say using one of those will be the best bet to try and determine the proper wheel width and offsets for a specific vehicle.

This is the calculator I typically use, but I always just do a search on Google:

    http://marksink.com/tire_wheel_offset/offset.html

Once you know the baseline of what width and offset is flush, you should be able to calculate any width / offset to get an idea of how much room you will have, and where the offsets need to be.

I have personally ran wobble bolts with three different set of wheels on my 06 GTI with no issues at all.

Have never seen any issues with others running them also. See our video below:

Are 27mm the only length to get them in? Is there a possibility to get a set of longer ones? Thanks

Just checked with our vendor - right now 27mm is the only length offered for wobble bolts.

I was looking at buying a set of these, however I am running 17 and 25mm spacers. So I guess I need to run adapters!?

These bolts will only work up to 5mm spacers / 20-30mm H&R DRA Series Wheel Spacers only.
