I'm no guru, but from my knowledge i'd say coolant temp sensor, thermostat, valve cover gasket kit, and a good timing belt kit. otherwise 1.8t's are a pretty solid motor.

When you do these Valve cover gaskets on these 1.8ts its a good idea to do the cam adjuster gaskets...And I'd probably replace the coolant flange too from the adjuster leaking onto it.

So Here's my game plan for the swap .I have decided to wait and go Big Turbo next year and focus on getting this swap up and running right and still be able to afford maintenance parts and get my rims refinished and maybe paint work , and in all honesty this should be very fun to drive when i'm done I also opted to run the 020 with this setup until i can source more parts and convert it next year.

So I ordered new parts for when i get back from NFLD

    Engine is AWP code (180HP)
