yes they are the OEM headlights...and I still have them

I know that there are bulbs...not sure if the ballasts are there.

I will have to take pics...but they look exactly as you would expect - just like headlights.

nothing wrong w/ them no cracks or anything.

Since Randy asked for some pics, I posted them in the classifieds section.

I have an extra pair of the OEM NAR headlights (not dual HID).

They were for an LED install project...but priorities have shifted.

I'm looking to trade.

Top three trades:

wooden steering wheel: brown & eucalyptus

phaeton tow package

ROW rear foglights w/ switch


They're in great condition - I also include the pair of HID bulbs (not new, but less than a year old)

I agree.

The markup on VW parts has been insane.

We sell a new crate 2002-2005 1.8L Passat (AUTO), Vin D Longblock w/ 3yr 100,000 mile warranty for little more than the price of headlights.

For my 80k service, I sourced parts from 3 different online retailers and paid a lot less than even blauparts . I just wish that we had a line on VW parts at wholesale...

These are perfect for an OEM style LED mod..you don't have to worry about dismantling your headlights. It also comes with xenon bulbs..and the units are in excellent condition. I took new photos..will post shortly.
