Amen! They actually slow down to below the speed limit, as if the cop is going to run from the persons parked car to catch a new person speeding. I'll add a couple to that...1. People that feel the need to rush over to the left lane as soon as they get on the freeway even though the other lanes are wide open.
2. People getting into the carpool lane even when the freeway is wide open.
3. Mazda 3 drivers....guess what guys, its not a race car and it's not fast (encountered two of these said drivers at the same time today on the way home from work)
