I haven't read the entire article yet so maybe those comments are taken out of context? Maybe he's trying to sound what a typical Met fan sounds like?

If not though, these comments are simply insane!

I know I'm beating a dead horse, but Beltran is not overrated. And his contract isn't bad by any stretch of imagination.

I think they should pay Reyes and let wright walk next year. Not that wright is a bad player I just think he will be more replaceable than Reyes is.

I was flipping back and forth between that and the basketball game, went back just in time to watch the cubs center fielder make a sick catch to his right.

    I never went back...

agreed. Fred was right about #5. very good player, NOT a superstar (unless there is a HOF for strikeouts). Reyes will haunt us forever if he leaves.

TC blewed up last night lol.

I felt bad for Kevin B. He was asking questions and Terry was like scolding him like his kid. Kevin said something like "The Mets are being outscored 73-35 in the 7th innning or later, do you know why this might be?"

And Terry was yelling "I don't know Kevin!" And I swear he was so close to dropping an F bomb.

Coulda shoudla woulda.... But if it were not for the bullpen late in games... the Mets would be a decent amount of games over the hump right now.
But either way- it's great to see these youngsters play. Turner has been playing like a machine!

Hard to believe Tejada is only 21...he looks much better at the plate this year.

The kids are really playing hard. Makes you realize what can be done without Wright. Maybe if he comes back healthy soon it wouldn't be a horrible thing to trade him for a good young arm.
