Flat black hood, gaudy red headliner and black wheels. For $300K I don't want my Porsche to look like the MkIV forum designed it.
Of course it's company policy never to, imply ownership in the event of a dildo... always use the indefinite article a dildo, never your dildo.

    X infinity.

Of course, it's just a VW designed by Audi....

^^ .. looks like I was too late...

For $300k I would have a GT3 RS, Cayman R and Boxster Spyder.

the interior to me looks kinda 'corvette-cheap' imo.

not that i really care because at 300k i probably wouldn't be looking at a porsche

    Why no bucket seats?

That black with silver wheels looks so much better, BTW.

Oh and at least in my eyes the GT2 RS is quite a sleeper compared to the Lambo Murcielago, for example. I can't believe they have similar performance numbers, seeing the Lambo looks like a supercar and the Porsche uses a "mere" sportscar body.

I gotta agree on the look of it. If I had a GT2RS I'd prefer that it just looked like a 997 TT. All the contrasting carbon fiber bits and gaudy red interior look stupid IMO (runs and hides).

Anyway, not really something I'll have to worry about in the immediate future.

ps. I'm sure you can customize it any way you want.

300,000 for a car with weight saving door handles

tell the fat guy who buys it to drop 10lbs and you can put real door pulls on the door cards instead of recycled seat belt material.

i'll take a Turbo anyday all day. these extreme ended porsches are horrible for driving on real roads or at the very least NYC roads.

I really need to start posting pictures of some of the cars we see on a regular basis here in The Woodlands. We have a little "town square" shopping area by the mall and the concert Pavilion called Market Street, and there are almost always half a dozen or more exotics parked there Friday and Saturday Nights. Besides the more rare higher end 911s (GT3 and GT2RS) I've seen, there's Evoras, Elises. Murcielagos, Gallardos of several flavors, 430s, Testarossas, 308GTs, 612s, DB8 and 9's, Rolls, Bentleys, MB's, classic American muscle- hell I've even seen a Celica GT-4 in full rally livery. For a stupid little sububurb, there's TONs of drool worthy cars...

And what Super Car would be good for NYC roads? That's not the car's fault. Buy a Town Car then.

I love the car, but that color combo is awful IMO.

All good, but I would rather rock a more focused GT3 RS for half the price.

I'm likely in the minority, but I love the black/red contrast inside and out.

Then again, I also covet a set of TE37 time attack wheels for my black wagon.

You mean the euro market seats ? They don't meet US safety standards. You have to purchase them separately. Same for the cage that the euro version gets. Not a problem for porsche, they'll gladly sell you the stuff. And if you have to ask how much... well, you know.

The red looks a lot better than the white one that was posted the other day. I like the exterior but the interior has too much red. Weight savings or not I would rather just have door handles.

If the sticker price is $270K why is it selling for $299K?

It's probably the red seat belt mark up.
