was suggested (by Mr.Euro) i start a build thread so here is a start
its a 1984 Biodiesel Rabbit from canada
everythings is Kilometers and has about 130,000 miles original
was tan is now sanded down to sheet metal almost every where
then will be painting white besides the core support, front valance, and rear valance will be black
late westy front will be converting to dual rounds since i have that whole setup
this is my MK1 ill get update pics tonight and ill post everything ive done to the interior

so i sprayed interior with plasti dip to see how it would turn out turns out now it was a bad idea plasti dip just catches all kinds of dirt and is hard to clean so eventually ill have to re do the interior paint. remember dont plasti dip inside looks good at first after a few months no good lol

    Looking good.

Always wondered about just clearing the metal, but I thought that would be way too reflective and blind me and other drivers.

I'd kill to get ahold of another diesel.

    THINGS to come:

1.Dual round conversions with crosshair headlights (not electrical tape ones lol)
2.single side exit exhaust with two cherry bomb exhaust on it (one cherry bomb right ofexhaust header and one as the exhaust tip
    3.Large duckbill
    4. euro bumpers with turn signals in them and custom cutouts to fit my MK2 foglights in them
    5.New Black Carpet (stockinteriors.com)
6.Rearseat deleted so whole rear can be done with wood flooring with a escape hatch to lift to get to the spare tire

    OP:
Did you get that shifter out this weekend? And what carpet did you order... I couldn't find mk1 golf?
