161k on my 1.8t golf, head rebuilt at 120k though. Still on the stock clutch.

My 84 Jetta had 350k on it when I sold it. It received it's first and only clutch replacement at around 330k and was on the original motor and transmission. That car will live forever.

I had a 98passat 1.8t had 305k it was totalled in 09 but running strong till that day! I now have an a4 with 171k on the motor before the full tt 225Q swap

there was a thread somewhere...a guy had a mk2 gti 16v that he drove cross country and canada at around 380k...the car now has 580k on it i believe and he said the og tranny lasted to about 530k

She's at 318k now still all original internals and head gasket still makin 12psi and still fast as hell. oh that 318 on the oem Passanger axle too finally had to take the driver out it was binding somewhat

2001.5 B5.5 Passat V6 FWD Auto/Tip, just crossed the 120k mile mark... already mentally preparing myself for the next timing belt/water pump job that I'll be doing in about 30k. Other then the typical wear/maintenance items that come with having an aging VW, the car has been great and very predictable for planning ahead with the items that are expected to go next.

Going towards 175k right now on 2001 Jetta VR6 GLS. Some engine work, but I'm not sure since it's a used car. My other 2001 Jetta was at ~15x,xxx when I sold it, and running strong.

His 87 made it to 450k in 2003 when he got the 03 lol. Only reason why he sold it was the original clutch went and he figured it was time for a new car lol. Some guy is still driving it around NJ.

my 86 rocco has a non working odo...it's stuck at 86k....the body is around 110-118k
the bottom end is supposed to have 110-120k and the head like 60k..lol jh/aba swap
my 04 audi has not easy 134k
