AJ got on track after the first inning, that's why.
He has great stuff, but consistency has been his problem.
Tuesday he found it and pitched a great game.

Well, Albuquerque has really struggled for us in these playoffs. Nerves must be getting the better of him.
I would imagine Coke is our guy early if Fister gets into trouble. Maybe Perry, but Coke has better stuff.
Lets just hope the Skipper doesn't have to make that decision.

Based on what the Skipper has been saying, JV is off limits. I don't blame him either. You don't want to risk his arm.
That being said, I don't see why Max is off limits. I would bet Max will have his cleats on tonight in the event we need him.

Oh absolutely.
I'm rooting for the Tigers through and through, but I would love to see a nail biter like the game on Monday.
Great pitching on both sides and a late game hero to march onto the ALCS!
Blow outs are entertaining, but the suspense of a close game are the games you remember.

I've got nothing bad to say about DK starting at 3rd and batting second (hitting .429 in the series with 7 at-bats).
Inge might be a hometown favorite and he put the bat on the ball a couple of times for us early in the series, but I'd rather have Kelly batting left in the lineup against Nova (who is right handed).
Besides, NY will have a lot of pull hitters batting from the left side of the plate, which negates the argument that Inge plays better defense then Kelly.
Not a bad move in my opinion.

Likewise! I have several friends and family members back home that are long standing season ticket holders and in turn they get first dibs on playoffs tickets. A seat would be mine without question.
Getting home and back during the work week is a different story.

I scored 4 free tickets for both games earlier this week... just praying the gods smile upon me again for next week's games. And my 13 years and running with Lions season tickets is finally paying off too.

Well, Fister did what he's been doing for us since we acquired him.
He was dealing last night. Sure he had a couple of hairy moments, but again, those are the NY Yankees.
