Thread: FS/FT: Very Rare RSL Cult Wheels 15x8.5 just refinished & polished, minty fresh!

  1. 03-27-2011 08:14 PM #1
For sale or trade: German-made RSL Cult wheels- asking $2000
    new asking price of $1800
I'll entertain all kinds of trades
I just paid $300 to have the wheel's lips/dish professionally polished, de-crubbed, I still have the receipt!!
    They're 15x8.5 et 26 all around
Very rare and in beautiful condition, the only set I've seen in 15"
They no longer have gold faux-bolts, but rather silver...also I have the RSL flat centercaps if you aren't feeling the spikes
    H0ll@!!
I will ship at buyers expense! I accept paypal but the address MUST be confirmed!!!! NO exceptions!!!
These wheels have lots of awesome history, having been whored out to many amazing cars
Here they are on Cassetrops mk1

Here they are on ant's Jetta

    And some other cars

    And my mk2

Pretty slick wheels, not really my cup of tea though.

I only clicked because I am thinking about a mkII Jetta Wolfie coupe project on CL. It is out in the boonies and super cheap.....

(ps saw your FS ad in your sig)

    57.1mm centerbore?
Are the lips the same width front and rear to make them the same width or are they staggered with staggerd barrel?
On your MK2 are you running spacers in the front or rear?
What size tires are you running?

Sorry for all the questions especially since I would not be interested unless you want to trade for a set of 15x8 and 15x9 BBS RM's with a 15x8.5" spare. I love these wheels but dont have the cash nor do I feel like trying to sell my RM's then buy these.

Here is a picture of them before they went on my car.

I might be interested in your RM's
    My email is dojers11@yahoo.com
    To answer your questions-
-I don't know what the centerbore measurement is, but they will def fit a mk1,mk2 or mk3, and probably other 4x100 vw's
-I run 15mm spacers in the back only
-they're 15x8.5 all around, not staggered
    -195/50 tires

Well honestly my ideal trade would be with somebody who had a set of $1000 wheels (like sone widened steelies) that would be willing to give me at least $800 on top of the trade...

I just spent too much money recently and have to pay off some debt

    Or

I would accept $1800 for the wheels
New lower price! Act now while supplies last! Hurry before they're gone!
    Lol.
