Quote, originally posted by aka_deno » I got this kit a couple years ago and i love it... only thing i have always wondered was... how would i go about making the rear stiffer? i have my rear perches out and rub non-stop and i was just wondering if you guys knew of anyway to stiffen the rear shocks.... maybe higher spring rate.. if so which springs would i get?
this is how i sit currently....

Quote, originally posted by vex004 » I loved my koni's, i had a lot of suspension setups before and the koni's were by far the best... i had my fronts set to the stiffest setting because the roads in my area suck and i didnt want the front lip getting smashed up...
heres some photos from when i had to raise my car to take it to the dealership...
konis at highest front and back(maybe <1cm of threads to go up front still, i got lazy cranking em up):
all the way down in the front and all the way up in the rear:
all the way down front and back:

Bottomed out front (2 locking collars) and no perches at all in the rear.
Quote, originally posted by SB_GLI » Thanks WRD, for the Konis. Great customer service, smooth transaction, and an unbeatable price! You guys had the best price I found by over $100! The GLI drives (and looks) great now.
Here's my new stance. The rears are all the way down with the middle perches still in and the fronts still have 6-8 threads left to go down.
