    The firmer spring rate is going to have an edge in performance, the softer spring rate is going to have an edge in ride quality. Koni recommends the firmer spring rate for the VR6, 1.8t, and TDI's. They recommend the softer spring rate for the 2.0. That being said, some people do run the firmer spring rate on 2.0's, and vice versa.

    Do these have rebound adjustment? It says it in the description but all the other info I read about them doesn't say anything about having adjustment other than ride height.

    Yes they do. They are height and dampening adjustable front and rear. The fronts are externally adjustable (dampening) and the rears are internally adjustable (dampening)
