Front: Set the adjuster knob on the tab on top of the front strut, turn to adjust (on the MKV, the strut has a plastic cover over it, some people flex this cover back to adjust, others have drilled a hole through it to allow the stem of the adjuster knob to fit through and set on top of the adjuster tab)
Rears: The rear shocks must be removed to adjust dampening, luckily the rear is not too difficult to pull and re-install. Once removed, you compress the shock fully until you feel/hear the shaft click into the internal adjuster. You then turn the shaft to adjust. Once set properly, pull pull the shaft out of the adjuster.
To adjust height
Jack up the corner of the car you are working on, put a jackstand under for safety.
Front: use the included wrench to losen the locking perch (located directly under the spring perch), then spin the spring perch up or down to adjust (this can often be done by hand). Once set, spin the locking perch backup against the spring perch
Rear: spin spring perch up/down to adjust height. If there is too much tension, remove the lower shock bolt to relieve spring tension so that perch is easy to adjust.
We have just run out of stock of these, however we do have another shipment on the way. We should have them back in stock and ready to ship in 1-2 weeks
Noobish question. Do these come with instructions on how to install? For a first timer with no lift how hard will the install be?

Updated ETA. Looks like it will be about 2 weeks before we have these back in stock. I apologize about the previous delays, this should be a solid time frame
