      No, its just the largest most frequently indexed search database in the world.

      Fortunately the Bentley Service Manual lists all of the torque specifications for the entire car.

      If you don't have one, it is probably the "best tool" in the tool chest.

      ...and VW made multiple different 1.6 8v motors with different power outputs.

      Not specifying which motor just makes the question even more dumb.
