I sent a glovebox door off my Shelby in to have him sign last October, only to get it back with a note saying he was no longer doing it due to heath reasons. Knew it was getting bad when he stopped that, since you had to donate to his research foundation to have him sign anything, and he would do anything to help it.

Fire sale coming soon on my parts stash. I don't have the interest in moving it to another house. So anyone tall have any suggestions for a car that will hold 2 car seats and still have leg room? I don't think the wife's Outback will work and my Suburban gets too poor gas mileage for her to daily it.

Is the trans out, or does it need R&R'd as well?

Do you want ALL the shift forks bullet proofed while in there? It adds ~1.5hr labor, but 100% worth it. I drill them all out, then tap and bolt, then grind the head down on the brass forks, and finally do a root weld on the steel ones.

Want the diff rivets drilled and replaced with studs or leave them alone?

rid-x is actually bad. it may be good for the tank itself but it actually destroys the leech bed. taking a pound of brown sugar mixed into 5 gallons of hot water is actually better for the tank and leech bed and works better
