Wow. I'm glad people look forward to the BBQ. It's a lot of fun. We were just discussing this and there isn't a lot going on in July. May might be too rainy. Anyone have any suggestions?

I think if you did it in the later part of May we should be fine. I have a pop up canopy I could bring if you wanted.

So is it happening this weekend? Since it's the end of May

I have a feeling any public park is going to be full. I'd be very happy to come.

Would the offer of several dozen grilled wings and/or beef flank ribs be enough to get this going

We are very glad people are so excited about us having our annual BBQ! It's not going to be this weekend. Since we have the BBQ at the shop, we are trying to finish major projects first. Joey is going to Wuste next weekend the same date as the BugRun, so that weekend is out. We would more than likely be doing this event in July. We need to do some coordination with others and organize the food/raffles. This will also give the weather time to finally be sunny. Right now we are looking at July 9th or 10th.

  20. 03-22-2012 01:12 PM #20
It looks like June is full of events. Is April too soon? May 26th looks like a good date.

Joey just agreed to the date. Looks like it's going to be May 26th.
