Not a whole lot - seems like I just need to keep wiggling the motor around so that I can finally shove the trans out. Tonight I think I'll try to re-set the motor to its starting position so that I can try to remove that last little attachment point of the transmission mount that was preventing us from turning the whole assembly last night. Ugh...this is not a fun task.

Fun side note: I went into the garage this morning to check on the jacks & support beam. Both jacks lost pressure over the course of the night, and both were completely settled in their 'down' position. Luckily, our makeshift engine support beam kept everything in place. I then proceeded to pull too hard on the on/off cord of the fluorescent light above my workbench, and yanked the whole damn thing down from the ceiling. Sweetness.

wow I'm surprised the black one lost pressure, fortunately the trans had the stand to rest on and we reinforced that cross member, could you imagine how much fail last light would have consisted of if we hadn't bought the additional L brackets for the inside and outside.

I think putting everything back to start is a good move but a tedious one If I'm in a position to swing down tonight I'll give you a call

Finally got off the couch and put my motor back in. Any advice on a radiator hose that fits an abf water neck?

Some High temp hoes, and copper pipe; I'd go straight custom until you can fab'/fine a proper one.

BBM Has the coolant hoses in their 16v head conversion kit, so they probably sell them as just the hose.
