2012 Creeps and Geeks GTG


I would like to invite any/ all of you here to our annual GTG in Green Lane Park.

Below is a link to an FB event page with details.

This is the 5th year so far and it has grown from about 10-15 cars the first year to nearly 75 this last year and we only want to make it grow.

We conjure up a cruise once in a while, but for the most part we hang and grab 2$ pints @ foxnhound. It's a chill time.

Juan will be working on his new GTI, as well as the Jetta

Aaron has a clean canvas; the sky's the limit for him...well that and his wallet.

I forgot to list one of our newer members, Adam. He is putting a K04 on his GTI this winter. He is currently deciding on a Fuel pump, but after that, he will have everything, and should be installing.

Unfortunately, his first choice didn't work out, so now he has to decide on a solid plan that will be best in the long run.

I only trust 1 fuel pump and that's the Bosch 044 pump, if you get the ie surge tank with it the pump is unstoppable

Planning some insane things like a timing belt, tensioner and water pump replacement as I'm pushing 100k on the FSI..

It's gonna be sick or dope or whatever you kids are calling it nowadays... :-)
