I can't imagine anyone had a sale on these for that cheap a price 2 years ago. Back in 06 we ran a single short sale on these for $970 shipped, and that's as low as I can ever remember them being. Cost on these has increased substantially since then. If anyone did sell them that cheap 2 years ago, they must have been losing money on ever kit just to get rid of inventory.

To give you an example of how much prices have increased on these, when we ran the sale in 06, list price was $1600, current list price on these is $2266

Fourseasontuning, They mustve had a one time killer deal. Than again as the mk3 ages the prices rise, so its still a good deal you have, plus alot of companies use Koni dampers
