044 pushes a little more fuel but if you are going big power and lots of boost duals is the way to go.

When I had the Walbro, which was installed in the bay, I could not even hear it running. Hoepfully I can find a spot to install the IE 044 surge tank to quiet this bish down.

Well, it does no good now. But i bring to the table these pics, of my car with andys(ocaf) old setup. Same situation your in with the 4" inlet. Fit easily. Running an eip ram horn, with the turbonetics turbo.

Don't mind the cluttered pics... early stages of my build haha. No powder coat yet. But all i did was buy non reinforced 90* 4" coupler, a 90* 4" bend, and the rest is straight. I may add a 45 or similar bend to bring it away a little from the strut tower. Just posting to show its possible.

you have upgraded engine mounts? the intake looks like it is almost touching the break fluid reservoir and with the engine moving there you might break it or something??

Bfi stage 2's. Worse case is it rubs that coupler. At $30... Not worried.

    wow thanks man!

great to see that the wheels got on your car just in the nick of time! looks AWESOME!

car gives me no problems whatsoever .. between toms handy work and fabrication skills and jeffs 550 tune, this thing runs PROPER

here is a video that barry took with me driving next to him on the strip

if you want a worry free r32t id say go a similar route with a head spacer and under 20 psi and you shouldnt have any problems ... anything more than that and your transmission will hate you

god damn i was rollin high around the strip .. i did NOT want to bust a pan while in ocean city like a certain other r32t owner did ...

yeah it is def something for me to look into. Originally was thinking of selling the car and going towards something RWD, but after all the work and mileage climbing up, I'd think it be better to keep building. Just need to get rid of the crotch rocket to raise funds.
