I lowered mine the other day as low as I can go on 17's and for the first time tried them on fully firm. I was amazed at how smooth they still are and the ride is still great. Best mod I've done!

What spring rates would you recommend for a VR6 car? I feel like my Konis are rather soft and I'd like to "graduate" to linear springs rather than progressives. I use my car for spirited driving and the occasional autocross.
