to be honest i never watch the replay video, but there are many times where i am like "wtf just happened" and i wouldn't be surprised if thats exactly it. there are times when there is noticable lag, but it just looks like the screen shows down and gets choppy for a sec.

not sure if groups can be cross platform, but I created a VWVortex group on ELite.
Created a VWVortex group on Elite. anyone can join, you don't have to be a premium member. You can join multiple groups, but only one Clan.
here is the VWVortex group.

Damn STEAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have been trying to download the MW3 multi-player since Thursday because this is a free MW3 multi-player weekend.
It is only at 10 of the 14 GB now.
It keeps stopping the download (when I leave it running).![]()

Update on the Activision vs West/Zampella trial/ Ex Infinity Ward trial..

In short,
- the trial is still on set to start May 29th;
- Activision settled their dispute with EA out of court;
- the judge in this case released plenty of sealed documents, one which states that Activision hired someone to fish through West and Zampellas emails, voice mails and computer files to build a case to fire them;
- Activision last week paid $42 million in MW2 bonuses to employees that left (they have not dropped their lawsuit) ;
- and Bungie is in cahoots with Activision to release 4 games so far known as project Destiny (which will be a sci fi space FPS) and this contract with Bungie might shed some light on the contract Activision had with Infinity Ward.
Included in the links above are the original contract Infinity Ward had with Activision, and the contract new with Bungie.

Apparently Activision settled out of court with West and Zampella as well as the ex Infinity Ward employees.
"All parties have reached a settlement in the dispute, the terms of which are strictly confidential," read the official statement, as Tweeted by Los Angeles Times reporter Ben Fritz.
"Jason West is in court and smiling," read a subsequent post.
A separate lawsuit launched against Activision by 40 former Infinity Ward employees over unpaid bonuses and royalties was also wrapped up behind closed doors.
