My R32 Thread

It all started with a glance, I was casually looking on the VW lot, and there it was shoved between two GTI'S. It's blue caught my eye, I immediately circled the car thinking, " This car has to be mine". Just as was thinking that a dealer said, " Do you need help finding anything?" The dealer let gave me the keys to test it out, I was hooked. I take a-lot of photos, in fact thats how I make a living. I get lazy with this site and just upload uninspired iPhone photos, but I'm looking to change that. I have gotten complacent with my R, which is a shame. But not anymore, I've matured and so have my taste. My R32 is finally shaping up the way I want it to. I'm soon to get bags,rims, and body work done. This thread is going to be where I dump all the latest photo updates relating to my R32. I don't suspect many of you will care but that's fine with me. Thanks and enjoy.

It all started with a glance...she was perfect...





Got my windows tinted, and then I did this to her.....




thought I was cool so I got these tails


realized I wasn't cool so I switched back to my tinted stock tails....


Got my evoms intake


Thought my car was awesome so I put it in a EURO car show....



Here is a video of the event, we thought it would be funny to play rice music and open all our doors/hatchs at a euro event..it just comes off douchey tho...

somehow got second place...and won a euro plate


Got a new OSIR grill and sold my OEM (mistake..)



Then got some eyelids


Did these various mods...

Painted the center climate control / got silver beauty bezel rings


Seatbelt straps


Seat handle inserts


OSIR Vent gauge


Euroswitch


Did a local VW sponsored event.










Then I got coils...cheap ones...but coils

Wasn't low enough so we lowered it moar...


Finally got them installed, I know moar low..



Ripped off the stickers and my car pretty much stayed the same for awhile, minus a few stickers


Installed my rear wiper delete, and thats when I started getting back into my car.


Then armor all, stripped my dsg of it's black on the shift plate. So I took it off and wet sanded until it was white.


Took off the OSIR grill/eyelids and sold them.



Then this came




Don't be sad for my R friends it's on a major rebound.

Why is my left headlight lower than my right? I tried tilting it up and tighting the torx screw down, but now luck...any ideas?

fffuuuuuu ECS Tuning. I ordered this dash cubby a couple days ago. It came today, and just for kicks I went to OEMplus to see what their price was. I paid 120 after tax. OEMplus was charging 74 $ and some odd change. I naturally called them and asked them to price match and they said no. I said I would like to return then, to which they said ok well that will be a 15% restocking fee! I have spent alot of money with them in the past 2 weeks and they couldn't price match something that hadn't even been delivered to my house? wtf anyways enough with the rant....

The warning light you're getting is a bulb out warning. Your city lights may not have been installed properly.

good thinking with removing the tints on the tails and the vinyl,eyelids and grille much much cleaner look! rear emblem color matched is deff something i havent seen often good job and keep up with the updates!

Looks really good. Do you plan on keeping your spare tire with the air install? If you do it'll be a little harder when you run your wiring and plumbing. Good luck with the install.
