hey every one so this is my new toy! So i picked my self up a wagon not so long ago. I got a 92 b3 passat wagon. It has a 2.0 16v 5 speed. So far I loving it! I've had a couple things go wrong other than that it's bad ass.
Thats a picture the first day I had it. It started off live as a silver car, but it end up getting repainted for the last owner. I don't know what paint color or the code is but if any one does please let me know!
It sits a little low is just sitting on some racelands i want to get some thing better but I dont know what kind to go with i was thinking some were around h&r's but I'm not sure yet.
Any ways its a 16v with like a ten million miles so i plan on having a vr to swap in it soon ill keep every one up to par on that
So here are some pics of the car
those wheels are some 7 slots that i had
alright you guys so made this thread as a show thread and so you guys can see what happens to my wagen over its time so i hope you guys like it and let me know what you guys think and ill i keep this thread updated
dang!! where are you that youre still gettin snow?!?! anyway, looks great! my wagon is sittin on racelands too and honestly i love them. they were in my a2 golf for a year and a half until i put them in my passat last month. i honestly havent had a single problem with them in nearly 2 years, just be sure to keep the threads greased up if you ever wanna adjust them down the road. btw, do u work at a GM dealer?
heres a pic of my bucket on racelands
actully that picture was taken a couple months back i just think its pretty funny. but i like the race lands to i just lowered it the other day and there still free but no that shop i was in is at my school. and your wagon looks really nice
thanks, yours looks great too. like i said tho, throw some grease on those threads and theyll never seize. i coated all my threads with wheel bearing grease, adjusted them where i wanted them, then recoated the threads with wheel bearing grease then followed them up with a spray grease. a year and a half and 2 northeast winters later the lower spring seats are still free
alright sweet ill do that thanks man
so i finally got around to putting differnt seats in my wagon. i put some drive edition seats out of a mk3.
i have pics up soon
Yes I do I actully just took them off and put my dr20s back on
alright so i finally got my donor car and i have my vr now next i should have the wagon parked so i can pull the 16v out
So it's been a while since I've up dated the thread. The car has came a long way in it's time. Last time I was on here I just got my doner and was getting ready to pull my motor. Well now the motor is in and the car is getting there. I have the motor in, when I was finally going to start the car i find out my fuel pump was bad so I wasn't getting the pressure i need to run the motor. So I'm hoping this week end I finally get the time to change fuel pumps
Thanks man, I didn't think I would like them as much as i do
well after a few months of not working on the car, I finally got back to working on it and it now runs
also got a different suspension for it. I got some H&R ultra lows.
hey thanks guys! And I get some shots of the interior when I clean her up a bit, she's a little dirty
so after getting the car running right and everything. It has finally come down to what I'm going to do for suspension, It came to ether buying h&r ultra lows or air ride. Well I made up my mind and I going to do air ride on my wagon
well after the car sitting for a while Its finally back on the road! I missed driving the wagon soooo much.
But here are some pictures. Sorry for the bad pics were having a little gtg soon so hopefully i can get some good pictures
Some one before asked for a shot of the interior pics Sorry for the bad pic but here's one. I have nothing really done yet other than mk3 seats in it. But I do plan on putting a wood floor in the back
And I think this is kinda cool a before and after
Thanks for looking and I'll get some better pictures taken for all you guys
