Oh yeah it's a little bit of a hassle. It only goes in one way. I used my phone to get a "snap shot" of where the clips line up and the hard that to help. Also. Use the other stock halogens as a guide. the bulb base has the 3/4 circle and the notch (if that makes sense) and it goes on the clip one way. After that, line up and push hard so when you twist, the flaps run under screws to lock it in.

ill try it tomorrow, had to go to work so couldnt mess with it long enough. Stupid me took out both bulbs before thinking :/

I have 194 Canbus up front in the map lights, the rear festoon bulbs still glow a little when off, i think I'll have to try my Canbus festoon bulbs

I tried the Ziza...and I'm not impressed. When you look straight at them, yeah they look ok and have the color, but they are not intense on light. The stock light had brighter lights.

I'm going to get a set here in the next week or so, I will post up when I get them, should have no amber reflection I just hope the color matches the mirror led's

Just swapped out all my interior lights with Red LEDs from Superbrightleds.com

Ok so I apparently don't understand cameras.... I've tried many different things but my pictures keep coming out blurry. The pics I took on my phone came out the best... lol. Obviously, I am not a photographer.

I am going to change to all piaa lights but I don't want them to flicker so I saw on motorsports they have 3 different types of hid ballast but which one do I get? Do in I need 1 kit for every 2 bulbs? Do I only need kit on h7 lights and not 194 lights or 38 mm festooned? Do I get the kit with the can-bus??? Plz help

You only need ballast (with CANBUS or use with cancellors) for your H7 and fogs (If you decide to use on fogs)

Although I see now you are a GLI owner, apparently their electronics are more tricky and sensitive. So I'm not too sure on GLI's needs

They work got them today and put them in, no error codes and are same color as mirror led's

Osram/Sylvania 7507 is also PY21W

you can get the Diadem/Silverstar PY21W/7507 as well as Philips Silvervision PY21W, or a few light coats of silver spray paint to clear out the turn signals

the 1156 bulb is a BA15S base also.

it could be a R5W or R10W, as they also use a BA15S base for the inner trunk light

Anyone know of a replacement for the amber,mirror blinkers? I have a 2013 with bi-Xenon's and would like a matching bright white or soft blue to match my headlight blinkers...

Hey guys, I need your help. I am new to the forum. I have a 2012 Jetta TDI Premium that I have been installing LED lights on. After changing my DRLs to LED from VisionX 360 LED Non Canbus, and changing my headlight bulbs to Piaa Xtreme White bulbs, I noticed my headlight turn on automatically when I start the engine. Even if the headlight switch is off, the headlights along with the DRLs light up. The rear tail lights do not come on unless I turn on the headlight switch. Anyone experience the same problem? There is no light out indicator on the dash. I am guessing the LED lights is what is causing the problem since they are non canbus. I ordered a canbus LED last night so I will have to try that and see if it solves the problem. The visionX leds caused no problems for about a week. But then I noticed the headlights come on everytime I start the engine.

All are non canbus. I am waiting for Canbus DRL LEDs to come in a few days.
