Nope. I haven't had to touch it (besides oil changes) since I built it.

I have been thinking about doing some interior stuff though

That picture I saw of the quarter mile time, is that with the new trans or 8v? That motor looks magnificent! Doing an Aba 16v swap and this is making me reconsider going a bit more ABF

Thanks guys. the quarter mile time was with the wide ratio trans. I havent had a chance to make any passes with the 9a trans yet. Im going to try and get the digi 3 done and make some passes this summer. I will keep you updated.

Which pistons did you use, or did I miss that. I thought staying with the stock aba piston gave you a very low compression motor?

      Miggs,

I dropped off my red GLI at Techtonics again. They are dyno'ing three cam sets and dialing in the adjustable cam gear now that the motor is all broken in. I am coming down there a week from today on Friday and picking it up. They are going to dyno it while I'm there. You should cruise there on Friday if you aren't working.

did you ever get the digi 3 up and running? also what exhaust manifold, down pipe and exhaust system was on your car during the dyno run?

I haven't really had time to work in the digi3 lately. I've been working on this for the most part.

I'm running a stock 16v manifold, TT no-cat dual down pipe and TT 2.25" with resonator and borla muffler. Where the down pipe and exhaust meet we shrunk it down a bit to try and get a little better torque out of it.

Finally got around to working on the digi 3 this week. I got the harness built and try to test it tonight with no start. Gotta go thru it tomorrow and see what I missed. Probably something small.

      What immobilizer?

      Couple from testing

Well I still cant get the thing started. I think it might have something to do with the crank sensor. I read that the ABF sensor is different then the ABA sensor which is what I have in there now. I cant find much about it online so if anybody has a definite answer that would be very helpful.
