    I am looking for my little brother's first car, so it doesn't need to be anything special just not a piece of crap. It will need to be able to pass CA smog/emissions so super hack jobs won't work. Please give me a text/call if you've got something at or around the 3k mark; a VW is nice but not necessary. I also pay cash and don't like to screw around.
